If an examination has not yet been registered on the DELPHI web site, please state so in the application. In case of selection for the prize, a declaration of examination completion with the date and the mark signed by the Teacher will be requested.

AWARDING CONDITIONS

The Awarding Committee is nominated by the Department Council. Once the deadline for applications has passed, the Committee will calculate the rankings, one for each Academic Year of enrolment, and will publish the names and the scores of the winning students. The rankings will be published after March 5th, 2021 on the web page of the Course of Study http://internet.uniroma2.it/en/academic-merit-prizes/ (English version) and on http://internet.uniroma2.it/offerte-di-lavoro-e-premi-di-merito/premi-di-merito/ (Italian version).

The score takes into account:
● The grade point average of all examination;
● Examination with honors;
● The total number of CFU registered from the enrolment Academic Year to the Autumn session included (October 30th).

Here is the formula to calculate the final score (P):
P = PAVG + PCR, where [PAVG] weighted GPA of examinations (each examination is weighted by the course credit points’ value)
[PCR] score from 0 to 20 to calculate the number of registered CFU.
In particular, considering CRMAX as the highest number of CFU registered by a student in one Academic Year, and CR as the number of CFU of a student, the final score PCR is given by PCR = 20 * CR / CRMAX

Each honor counts as 3 points more to add to the examination mark.
In case of ex aequo results, the date of birth will be considered (the youngest student will be awarded).
For those students who transferred from another University or another Course of Study, the Academic Year of their previous initial enrolment will be considered. In this case, the Committee will assess the conditions and the terms to calculate the ranking incontestably; CFU conversion and examinations marks recognition at the moment of a student transfer will be taken into account in order not to disadvantage students originally enrolled in this University and Course of Study.
If a number of prizes is not awarded, a new call for applications will be available in Autumn 2021.
